Superuser ...wondering what this is

I am having some conces regarding privacy. My passwords are changed in another city..my ip is in another city...and it seems that everything I do on my phone shows me in another CITY. Fuy...but my body isn't there but 6 hours away. How can that be? And would a SUPERUSER account have priveledges to somehow get permissions to my phone? Maybe I'm losing it. My son was killed 6 months ago and I am maybe Not ok. Can someone enlighten me so I can not over think stuff ? I am a train wreck.
