Detecting the infos of former hard-drives

I'm trying to the detect harddisks(either the ones in which the OS wasinstalled or the ones I used solely as a storage)which were once attached to my PC. After using them, I bought an 1TB SSD, using it both for the OS and for storage needs. But unfortunately I couldn't fint my old disk anywhere and I need to detect my former disks by "brand", "model", "unique ID" and "serial number".

I googled it some time, went through several forums and couldn't find a solution. I guess that if I reach some info it wouldn't be in the new disk, but it'd be in the BIOS(not sure). Any ideas? Thanks.
