Win 7x86 boot trouble (s478)

Trying to install Win 7 on my test bench hdd for my Abit IS7 (PE) model, P4EE @ 3.2GHz (socket 478), ocz ddr400 X2 @1GB.

So my problem is after I install Windows 7 via USB with a bootloading program (using Unetbootin). I install CPU-Z/ GPU-Z etc, back up and shut down to tinker in BIOS. After I shut down the system and start it back up it fails to find the partition and read "No Drive Detected". Confirming in BIOS I have the boot order correct, and trying on another drive I've come here for help.

I have tried to use GParted i686 to see what's going on or if I have the right partition flagged but I'm in able to get it to load.
