How to figure out which requests are blocked inside a proxy?

I'm working with Liferay CMS system in my company inside a proxy. When I'm outside the proxy the CMS is working fine. But inside the proxy, are some features of CMS disabled, e.g. file upload. Is there a way to figure out, exactly what requests are blocked? I'm using Windows 7.
