UEFI APM RTC Wake Up and standby / hibernation compatability

I configured my Windows 10 PC via UEFI APM to boot every day at 12:00:00 and shut down at 13:00 if not accessed via Teamviewer in the mean time.

The PC showed up in teamviewer very irregularly however, I wondered if maybe the wake up didn't work as expected, however first tests showed that it does.

It worked fine when the PC was shut down at wake time, however it seems that it won't wake up if its in sleep or hibeation. Why is that? could it be that the mainboard thinks the PC is ruing during sleep / hibeation?
