How to make hidden picture appear in photo viewer on windows 10

I find that Windows Photo Viewer on Windows 10 can not find hidden image any more when Next/Previous buttons are clicked.

On Windows 8/7, clicking Next/Previous buttons can find hidden image.

I'd like to know how to do it on Windows 10? .
