Error with ubuntu server attempt to write a readonly database

we have created an ubuntu server with amazon web services, and seem to be having some problems after we have installed django and apache, when we upload our project to the server, we can't login to admin. We also wish for it to run python3.5(just python3) but even tough it looks like it's ruing python3 by default in the command line on our ubuntu server, after we have made the command "alias python=python3" but were getting this error error link here
