Need a automated script for filtering emails

Problem Statement :- We have production monitoring solution ruing across board for our servers/projects which generate various alerts based on the rules defined within.

These alerts comprise of every exception which is triggered from application and at times not relevant to all recipients in the mailing list.

Solution Required :- Working on either develop a tool or pick a free-ware to filter out alerts and only display relevant to my team.

After filtering the required alerts we need to display it on some dashboard which we can monitor and take prompt action from our end.

So basically we want to implement a monitoring tool for all production alert and filter out ones which are relevant to us.

Please let me know sir if this can be achieved through shell/perl script.

If so please share the reference material for the same.
