Windows 8.1 Tablet going to sleep/turning off display when set not to?

I have a Tablet PC I am trying to use as a miniserver for a small chat group. It runs the software just fine, but of course I need the computer to be on at all times, as well as keep the display on.

It is constantly plugged in, so power is not an issue. I have set the computer to never sleep or tu off it's display, even in advanced settings.

It can go days (the longest it went is almost 5 days) without tuing off, and sometimes it can hardly go a day before i have to restart it. When I find it, it is almost always asleep (not tued off completely or just dimmed screen. It is asleep/as if I hit the lock button)

How can I prevent this?
