Windows Home Premium not installing updates.

I have enclosed event viewer system log:

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events caot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

I tried to go to the 'how to' page in Microsoft but the page wasn't available

I have installed Win readiness tool, tried MrFixit + the Windows Update Diagnostic tool+ Microsoft stand alone update tool.

This is a clean install I have tued off the AV and done a malware scan with malwarebytes.

What next?
