Setup local Domain name with CMD to access local hosted Files on Shared Network

I want to setup local domain name to for specific IP.

Example Suppose I have a Coection and shared with others. Once anyone that is using my network type abc.com he/she should be able to view files on my computer. I know this could be done by editing WindowsSystem32Driversetchosts file. But it required to make edit on all shared PCs too.

But I want to setup this by CMD permanently. So no need to edit other(shared) pc's file.
