Ruing Services Required for Successful Upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Professional

I'm looking for a list of services required to be ruing for the upgrade from Windows 7 Professional to Windows 10 to successfully complete on my Dell XPS M1330. I have tried the upgrade numerous times over the past few months. It will appear to be working initially but fails at the very end with the unbelievably unhelpful error message "Something Happened." The failure occurs both when upgrading directly from Windows Update and when using the Media Creation Tool. Error code 8004100E.

I have tried upgrading from Windows Update and creating an .ISO with the Media Creation Tool. The upgrade fails with either method.
