What is meaning of %* at the end of the script command?

I saw a blog. It has a dos command.

C:WindowsSystem32cmd.exe /c "echo Hesus | C:WINDOWSSysWOW64WindowsPowerShellv1.0powershell.exe %*"

I don't know why it has %* at the end.
