iXCC Predator USB mouse shutting off

So I just picked up a new iXCC Predator USB mouse to replace my CMStorm devastator. I plugged it in, it was very smooth for about 10 minutes. Until it started shutting off randomly, it works when I unplug it and plug it back in. After I fix it, it stays on for about 20 seconds and tus off. When I look at the bottom, I can still see the laser if I tu the mouse a certain way. Please help! anything is appreciated. :)
