E-Mail & Calendar Syncing Across Devices (Outlook GMail Android)

Goal

Sync ALL information for my e-mail and calendar across ALL my devices and have any of them update the rest if I change/add/delete something.

Ex. If I am on my Laptop and I plan out my week/month and appointments, I want to be able to see them on my tablet and phone. Conversely, if I am on my phone and an appointment is coming up, I get a notification/reminder of my appointment on ALL devices. If I add or change an appointment the change is synced and made on all other devices. Also, all reminders get deleted/snoozed on other devices if I do so on 1 device.

Other Information

I prefer to use Outlook for all of my e-mail needs (I love the client), but my GMail account is nested deeply in my life (ie a lot of services and other sites use it for logins/contact) so switching is not an option. I do NOT have Office 365 (I prefer to avoid it, and any subscription model based software for that note). Money is not an issue if I need special software/apps that cost (Mind you, I am not buying $100+ software for this). I need to stay coected to my e-mail and calendar at all times, even if offline (I need to see e-mails already inbox and have my calendar accessible). My life is dynamic and I travel a lot so I need that mobility and flexibility.
