Is there any way to view Exchange 2003 public folders on an android device?

My new department email server is stuck on Exchange 2003 and due to moving between departments, I'm ruing Outlook 2013.

Outlook 2013 simply refuses to coect to Exchange 2003, meaning I'm not able to use the corporate address book, nor the public calendars for booking meeting rooms.

If at all possible, I'd like to avoid having to downgrade from Office 2013 to Office 2010. If I was able to book rooms through the shared calendars, that would solve 99% of my problem, so this is where I'm focussing.

I'm ruing an android phone and windows 7 desktop - is there any way to achieve this (other OWA)?
