Sublime SFTP popup doesnt show

I have configured sublime text 3 with SFTP package for my website (which works great).

There is a small aoying issue though:

I select an operation like Sync Remote -> Local After that the downloads begin but the popup doesnt show where you need to click "yes" to sync
