Looking for a way to view what is causing device discoects

Long story short, I have a problem with my keyboard discoecting briefly every few minutes, and have tried every fix I have found to no avail. As such the next logical step is to try find out what exactly is causing it, and so I need to find a way to view information about it discoecting.

On the off chance anyone has any additional ideas as to what could be the cause, fixes I have tried:

• Modifying power plan settings.
• Disabling computer's ability to disable keyboard to save power in settings.
• Setting PnPCapabilities in the driver key to 0 with Registry editor.
• Setting DeviceHackFlags in usbstor to 1024 with Registory editor.

Am pretty sure the keyboard works fine as I have used it previously with no problem whatsoever, however the issue began when I changed operating system to Windows 8.1.
