How to keep data in additional windows 7 invisible to the original windows 7

I would like to install an additional windows 7 into my computer and would like to keep the data of the additional windows inaccessible to the original windows 7. Is there any way to achieve that?

In my opinion, the disk could be encrypted by the additional windows or maybe even the whole disk could be invisible to the original one. However, I do not know how to exactly do that. I would like to consult the experts and experienced users that is there any way to achieve that?
