I run into a problem with my exteal HDD, i used it for backups but when i reinstalled windows (and forgot to remove the HDD) my HDD got whiped. After the whipe suddenly my HDD splitted itself into multiple Disks. Ive tried evrything and googles alot but no succes. I would like to bring it back to one disk, just like it was when i bought it. I am building a new desktop computer. I will be using 128GB of RAM. I know that is a lot, I am not interested in explaining why I need it. My question is how I should plan this out. I have 8 ports for RAM, Should I buy 8 16GB RAM sticks or one 128 GB stick. Other variances of 128 GB are also an option. I have three ordinary user accounts on Windows 10, and one admin account. I want to back up the three ordinary users' files to an exteal drive -- but I want the backup to run as the admin. Right now I'm running a java app by SSH-ing to a VM on Google Cloud Compute. I issue a command to run the app and it loads a console. As soon as I terminate the SSH connection, the app shuts down. I assume this is because the console has been closed. I would like this app (which is a server) to persist after I terminate SSH, and, at any point, I would like to be able to reconnect to the console and issue commands on the server. Thank You!
