Running a cPanel server with ModSec. Trying to upload media to WordPress, any file larger than ~ 125KB is throwing a 404. Hi on a dell latitude laptop with Windows 10, for a specific user account keyboard doesn't work after the login screen. But it starts working back only when we launch on-screen keyboard application.
