Ruing a cPanel server with ModSec. Trying to upload media to WordPress, any file larger than ~ 125KB is throwing a 404. I believe with Arris you would need to go to virtual server configuration. Then you would need to put an inbound port (whatever port your camera system listens on). Then the local port (same as camera system listens on) as well as an IP (inteal IP of camera system). Then browse to that IP (Exteal) and see if you can hit it. Currently my colleque is deploying some updates and Installations on 120 machines with PDQ Deploy. So far, everything works fine with silent install. However, one comes with some driver which requires confirmation from Windows Security. I tried to bypass this by disabling UAC, but still, this click is required. I just had two drives go bad. Looks like faulty sectors. But I run chkDsk regularly. Unfortunately, it's a manual process. Also, you have to look at the report and read the # of bad sectors, rather than having a simple flag that pops up only WHEN there is a problem. I have been having recurring issues with software patches for Windows 7(x64) and Microsoft Office (x86). My issue is not that windows wants to install updates that are already present, but rather it says updates are installed when they are not. This is not specific to one or two, but a couple dozen patches across several machines. Typically, I will receive notification a machine has an outstanding issue that needs to be patched, and will download it from Microsoft. Generally, it is just a .dll or .exe file in the system folders that needs to be updated to specifications.
