I have a room full of machines that I have been upgrading from home to pro (Windows 10). All machines that are NOT aiversary update 1607 can be joined to a domain with no issues. All that are the aiversary update will allow me to join to the domain and it restarts and asks for the useame and password. Put in my credentials and it provides a generic "caot log you in" error message. I've also noticed lusrmgr.msc is missing (Local users and groups) in all of these 1607 upgrades. The earlier build -- no issues and lusrmgr is available. It's my understanding pro should be able to be joined to a domain. Is this not the case? Thanks ahead of time! :) Let's block ads! بخوانید...

ادامه مطلبMy Windows 7 Pro (x64) machine has tried to do the auto upgrade to Windows 10 Pro (v 1511, 10586) but has failed. Windows update history shows that this is repeatedly trying to install but fails each time with error Code 80240020. Every time I boot the Windows Update popup is shown saying "Restart your computer to finish installing important updates". If I try to postpone this, it forces PC reboot in 15 mins. Only if I ignore this popup totally then I can continue working without getting forcibly rebooted. Windows updates are provided by an inteal WSUS server, so do not have the option. Have 'declined' this upgrade in the WSUS to no effect. How can I prevent the upgrade from trying to comple...
ادامه مطلبI have Windows 8.1 Pro installed and activated (of course with a legit key) and I want to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. Everywhere I read about the upgrade it says I'm suppose to get the Pro version of Windows 10 because I got the Pro version of Windows 8.1. But this doesn't happen, but instead I get the Home version. Why? I'm upgrading from Microsoft's web page. Let's block ads! بخوانید...
ادامه مطلبI'm looking for a list of services required to be ruing for the upgrade from Windows 7 Professional to Windows 10 to successfully complete on my Dell XPS M1330. I have tried the upgrade numerous times over the past few months. It will appear to be working initially but fails at the very end with the unbelievably unhelpful error message "Something Happened." The failure occurs both when upgrading directly from Windows Update and when using the Media Creation Tool. Error code 8004100E. I have tried upgrading from Windows Update and creating an .ISO with the Media Creation Tool. The upgrade fails with either method. Greatly appreciate any help! Let's block ads! بخوانید...
