Let's say I work for XYZ Ltd and our email addresses are name@xyz.ie . I have three colleagues jane@xyz.ie. mary@xyz.ie, ahmed@xyz.ie . However I get spam with spoofed sender addresses say (apparently) from dave21@xyz.ie and mike99@xyz.ie and other obviously randomly generated names. So can I create an Outlook rule to only allow the three or four valid names from the domain and spam folder the rest? Let's block ads! بخوانید...

I've found a bunch of similar questions, but none that seems to address my specific situation well enough to solve it. There doesn't seem to be an "or" search operator available in Outlook 2016 for Mac. The following don't work: Simple search: A OR B Simple search: A B Simple search: A || B Advanced search for Raw Query: A B Advanced search for Raw Query: A || B Advanced search with 2 "Item Contains": first line, Item Contains: A second line, Item Contains: B A lot of the answers I found say to edit the registry to enable Querybuilder, but Macs don't have a registry. Is there a way to build what I need (or even better, complex AND/OR searches in general) on the Mac version? Thanks in advance...

Word lets you customize keyboard shortcuts from inside the Customize Ribbon preference pane. Outlook seems to lack this feature, but I'm admittedly not an Outlook guru. Is there a way that I can invoke the Archive button using a keyboard shortcut? This is the button I'm referring to: Let's block ads! بخوانید...

I installed bitdefender and Himacho successfully on my desktop, however, after installing himachi my outlook can't coect to its server anymore. I uninstalled Himachi and it works again so I concluded that bitdefender is not the issue. Does anyone have experience with these or similar issues? Let's block ads! بخوانید...

I just updated to Office 2016. I'm not a fan of the recent search dropdown list when you click on the search box in Outlook (refer to image posted below). Does anyone know how to disable this?...

Outlook 2016 (Windows) has a feature that allows you to hover over a person's name and quickly add them to your address book. The problem is that the default fields are virtually useless, and for whatever reason, Microsoft did not think it would be necessary to include COMPANY NAME as a standard field. Are these fields customizable in some way? Or is there any way to add Company and Title to the default list shown below? Outlook Screenshot Let's block ads! بخوانید...

In Outlook 2016 (ruing on Office 365 mail), If I highlight the "inbox" folder, the 'Items' count shows 95 but the 'Unread' count shows 91. If I log into the OWA, the Inbox matches with the 91. I don't know what the 4 items are. Also, I am unable to mark all as read and see what remains due to this being a shared mailbox. Let's block ads! بخوانید...

I have created a HTML page with modified from a template I got.... I want to send as a HTML based newsletter in Outlook 2016. However the guides I see as "insert as text" do not apply to Outlook 2016 as there is no dropdown for inserting files for that in the 2016 version. I am wondering how I go about being able to send this HTML email? Many thanks.
