How can I create a Sony vegas new project file under right click->new menu on Windows 10?

I'm digging myself in to this question and it's not easy.
If you have windows 7 or 8 it's easy, but on Windows 10 looks like dosen't work any method what I tryed.
Even the Right Click Enhancer dosen't show the .veg file type under the New menu editor.
Also, I tryed every method from here but not worked either.
I just would like to make a project file and give some name for it like project.veg, from the right click-->new menu.
Is that possible and if it is, how can I do it, in a most simplest way?
