How to change boot default to a bcdboot.exe-created location

DISCLAIMER: I'm not a computer-genius by any means.

I recently installed SteamOS on a disk partition in the hopes of trying to dual boot it with Windows 10, only to find out that even following the steps for a dual boot guide, my Win10 boot loader had been deleted. I then deleted the SteamOS/Linux partition from a USB recovery using diskpart in the command prompt. I then used the same commandprompt to type

bcdboot.exe H:Windows H:

to use my Windows installation on the H:-drive. The boot is working as long as I use the boot menu when starting up, otherwise it just goes into grub-rescue, which I'm not interested in doing. My question is now: How do I boot from the H:-drive installation as default? Alteatively, how do I stop my computer from going into grub rescue?
